After signing the contract I cried for almost 2 hours when we went back home. Corey was so worried he called the guy the next day to canceled but we talked about it a little bit more and decided it was the best decision. I have a lot of mixed feelings cause I really really love our old place, and the ward, the school, the neighbors, the landlord, but it was getting a little small. Also with 3 very active children running all over upstairs, even when we had very understanding neighbors, and adding another baby to the picture it was kind of not fair to our downstairs neighbors who are having their first baby soon.
I think the new place will work at least for now until we decide what is going to happen once Corey finishes his school. So we found a townhome in a subdivision called The Meadows. Is a 2 story, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath. It has a nice shared backyard with a basketball court and a playground that the kids love. It was built around 4 years ago so is really nice and it has a dishwasher that's definitively a plus, it has A/C and we get to control our own heater. We don't have to worry about doing the yard or shoveling snow cause is all included. The kids will be going to a new school and they will be riding the bus which will work out really good cause with a new baby and Corey doing his student-teaching in the fall we won't have to worry about another vehicle. So they're lots of pros but of course some cons specially what we are leaving behind. But we are excited about this new adventure in our lives.
